Content Creator

Surveybot is an online software service that enables businesses to capture feedback from their customers / employees using chatbots on Facebook Messenger and Workplace. We are an early stage startup company with customers around the world.

We are looking for a content creator / customer success person to join our growing startup. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating how-to tutorial videos for our software application.
  • Writing help articles.
  • Writing blog posts for our product releases and other content marketing.
  • Creating / sending fortnightly email newsletters.
  • Creating / managing our library of template surveys within our application.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email / chat.
  • Assisting with product demos to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent spoken and written english.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • The ability to work remotely and / or come in to our office in Eden Terrace.
  • Be flexible with the times they work each week.
  • Have some existing writing experience that you can show us. This doesn’t necessarily need to be for another business ie. it could be your own personal blog.

This role is for 20 hours per week however we may require more hours for the initial few weeks to help get through the work we need doing.
