Customer Success Manager

Surveybot is an online software service that enables businesses to capture feedback from their customers / employees using chatbots on Facebook Messenger and Workplace. We are an early stage startup company with customers around the world.

We are looking for a customer success manager to join our growing startup.

About the role

The role will be ever transforming as our company grows. Initial responsibilities will include:

  • Helping creating / organize our help documentation.
  • Creating how-to tutorial videos.
  • Writing blog posts.
  • Responding to customer enquiries over chat / email.
  • Reviewing our user sessions for “bad ux” and bugs.

Once you are up and running and operating our communications as above we want to experiment with the following:

  • Conducting online demos with new customers as they onboard to our service.
  • Creating / organizing our library of survey templates.
  • Creating / organizing our library of questions templates.
  • Reviewing our analytics.
  • Reaching out to prospective customers using email automation.

About you

Ideally you are a fast learner who’s tech savvy, keen on learning new things and solving problems. Is keen on the idea of being a part of a new business that is growing. Happy to take on new responsibilities as they arise.

And all the other standard stuff like:

  • Excellent spoken and written english.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • The ability to work in our office in Eden Terrace.
  • Have some existing writing / communications experience that you can show us. This doesn’t necessarily need to be for another business ie. it could be your own personal blog.

This is a full time role, as per above and we’re keen to have you in the office.
