A survey response is an interaction between a chatbot and a respondent. The survey response is counted towards your monthly quota when the interaction begins, whether or not the respondent completes the survey.
During your free trial you will have full access to all features and be able to collect up to 50 survey responses. The trial is not limited by time. When you receive more than 50 survey responses, you will need to purchase a subscription in order to access the survey results.
Once you have received 50 survey responses, you will need to pay in order to access the survey results. The payment date determines your monthly billing date. On this date you will pay for the upcoming month, according to the number of survey responses you expect.
If you collect more than expected, your account will be automatically upgraded. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Surveybot will keep you on the new quota for the following month.
Of course. We will send you an advanced billing notice seven days before your monthly payment is due. If we automatically upgrade you, we will notify you as soon as the upgrade takes place.
Of course, you can upgrade or downgrade any time during your monthly billing cycle. Upgrading takes effect immediately so you can get access to more survey responses straight away. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Surveybot offers month-to-month pricing. This gives you more flexibility, ensuring you only pay for what you need each month. Enterprise customers who are interested in paying annually by invoice may contact us.
Our free trial should allow you to fully test drive Surveybot before you commit. Once you purchase a subscription, as stated in our Master service agreement, payments are non-refundable. This is regardless of whether you reach your quota or whether you delete or downgrade before the end of the subscription term.
